Follow the A591 towards Grasmere passing Rydal Mount on your right and Rydal Water and Lake Grasmere on your left. Pass the Prince of Wales hotel on your left and follow signs for Dove Cottage by turning right 15 metres before a mini roundabout. Your will pass Dove Cottage visitor centre on your left.
