How to book

• Choose the cottage you would like to stay in.
• Check if the cottage is available by looking on the “Tariff” tab of that cottage for the relevant week you want (if it’s available, a price is shown. If it is red, it is already booked.)
• On your preferred cottage’s week / date which you would like to book, click “Book now” on the right hand side of the date, and complete the booking form details.
• A copy of your booking form will be emailed to both you and us.
• We will be in touch with you by email (cottagescumbria@gmail.com) usually within 24 hours of receipt of the booking form.
• Bookings for Bank View (Chapel Stile) are handled solely by Wheelwrights Holiday Cottages and you will need to book through their website.

After booking

• We will require a deposit which is one third of the total price of your stay with the balance payable within one month of your stay.
• If it’s one month or less before the start of your stay we require full payment. Payment can be made by Bank transfer (BACS), cheque or PayPal.
• On receipt of your booking form and deposit we will confirm your reservation by email.
• If you’re paying by Bank transfer or PayPal we’ll be in touch with the necessary details.
