Terms and Conditions

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under the age of 18.
Telephone reservations are accepted and the cottage will be reserved for one week, pending receipt of the completed booking form and deposit payment.
The deposit is one third of the full tariff price with the balance payable one month before the start of the stay.
In the case of cancellations, refunds will only be made if the cottage can be re-booked.
The client is responsible for damages and breakages.
The cottage must be left clean and tidy.
The cottage will be available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Pets are permitted on the understanding that owners guarantee their house cleanliness.
We should be grateful if you would refrain from smoking and vaping in the cottage.
The telephone is available for your convenience. It would be appreciated if you could please reimburse the estimated cost of any telephone calls made.
